DPO Care Card – Terms and Conditions
1. Recipient
1.1. The service/digital card are available exclusively to employees of partner organizations of LLC “Data Protection Officer.”
1.2. To request a digital card, the interested party must register on the website: https://dpocare.ge/ (hereinafter “the Website”).
2. Fundamental Principles
2.1. By using the DPO Care Card, you may benefit from the discounts offered on the Website.
2.2. The content and number of offers are determined by each partner organization’s terms and may be changed, updated, or withdrawn periodically.
3. Personal Data Protection
3.1. Any personal data collected and processed during registration are protected in accordance with Georgian data-protection legislation and standards.
3.2. The user must review the Privacy Policy available on the Website and give consent to the processing of personal data.
4. Digital Card Usage Rules
4.1. Discounts apply only when the user presents their digital card within the scope of a specific offer.
5. Liability and Limitations
5.1. LLC “Data Protection Officer” is not liable for the quality, legal compliance, or contractual performance of any partner organization’s services or products.
5.2. Discount terms may change without prior notice, although any change will appear on the Website at least three (3) business days in advance.
5.3. Transfer of the digital card to any third party is strictly prohibited.
6. Digital Card Cancellation
6.1. The digital card may be cancelled at the data subject’s request or if these Terms are repeatedly violated.
6.2. To cancel your digital card, please send a request to: info@dpo.ge
6.3. Once cancelled, the user will no longer be able to access the offers listed on the Website.
